You gotta da badge? I gotta da badge! A pin on button from the first anniversary of the Trocadero Transfer.

Here's a pin on button from the Bartender's Bash in 1982. These events were without doubt one of the wildest events ever put on at the Troc. Dick Collier would honor all the bartenders of San Francisco with free entrance to the club where they would have their chance to drink, dance and be extremely festive! After all it was their night to party and have some one pour THEM a drink and did they know how to PARTY!!!

Arc Lamp Diva Miss Carla tells us that the young man working this arc lamp is Stan Walker (no, not Karen's husband!) Stan was one of the Troc's managers, he was instrumental in creating a lot of the magic that was Trocadero. We think Stan still lives in San Francisco. Come up and see us sometime, Stan!

This collage shows some interesting Troc items. There's a bottle of 1980 Chateau Trocadero wine specially labeled by owner Dick Collier for the 1979 New Years Eve party. On the label it says: "This wine has been especially selected to enhance your enjoyment of our entry into the new decade. For best results, chill and serve prior to attending "The Other Side Of Midnight" at Trocadero Transfer December 32st 1979." Our bottle is still corked. We have to wonder, did Dick put something in the wine for a little extra "enhancement"?

The wooden cross is made by our good friend and RTP doorman Rich Carmichael from a piece of the original Troc dance floor. It has a loop at the top for wearing around the neck. You might have seen Rich at the door at RTP5, he was the hunky ol' bear wearing a T-Shirt with the word "single" on it, very concise.

These gorgeous turquoise colored fans were owned by Dick Collier and donated by his niece Jennifer. They are well worn and must have seen some incredible parties in their time. Handwritten on each fan in neat script is "Pippin '78". Does anyone know who Pippin might be?
