Here Hunky Oscar and his beau, Chad are having a close discussion about the Troc T-Shirts. If anyone can tell us more about a Troc party called "Steam II" we'd be most grateful.

The lithe and lovely Chad models this T-Shirt from Trocadero owner Dick Collier's 1983 Gay Freedom Day event called "Metropolis." It was held in the very large underground garage under San Francisco's city Hall. Dick arranged an entire floor of the garage to have a dance floor with a large stage at the front and booths surrounding the perimeter with many of the S.F. city businesses, outreach programs and other items of interest to benefit the gay community.

This was a huge undertaking. It was packed with parade goers who partied away the hours under S.F city hall. Never to be out done, Dick brought in fantastic entertainment for this event that included, Grace Jones, The Edwin Hawkins Singers, Margaret Reynolds, and Technique to name a few.

Chad reminisces in this "Tron" like T-Shirt from 1985

Thanks to Todd J for informing us what the CBC logo on this t-shirt means. Here's what Todd says, "That is the logo from the Club Baths Chain (CBC) of San Francisco. It was on Ritch Street and used to be known as the Ritch Street Baths. If you look closely there is a C around the BC. I'm guessing the "Steam" theme parties were a joint effort of The Troc and The Bath House."

Oscar got a kick out of this very naughty Troc tank top depicting a hunky cowboy in a very compromising position!
