This stunning young man is none other than RTP co-producer Keefe C. Keefe along with his singing trio had just finished riding on the Aloha Records float in the 1982 San Francisco Gay Freedom Day Parade. The owner of Aloha Records, Donald, had the leis flown in fresh from Hawaii for all the store staff to wear on this colorful and glamorous float, a very nice touch.

Aloha Records' float 1982. Staff members Tom M. and Steven P. (The Tauntress!) and Mark M, were Keefe's co-workers as well as his good friends. You would often see this group of Aloha Records staff members partying at the Trocadero with their lovely friend and other co-worker Miss Karen. Anyone who was lucky enough to share a festive moment during morning music at the Troc with this group would soon discover that Miss Karen's tasteful, designer handbag held secrets to enhance the morning music experience. As K.C. would say, "They're a must!"

Early 80's Gay Pride float for the I Beam setting up at the foot of the Bay Bridge in S.F with its "2101 A Space Odyssey" type text. Note Two Tons O' Fun on board getting ready to transmit and let those aliens know that "Earth Can Be Just Like Heaven!" BTW, this picture was taken near the location of today's Sound Factory.

Here we see I Beam owner Sanford Kellerman looking "très butch" in the construction hat and black leather jacket with Martha and Izora of Two Tons O' Fun along with their bodyguard hubbies on the I Beam float.
